The Tohoku izakaya Ou no Utage in Akihabara and Okachimachi is celebrating its 2nd anniversary with a limited campaign in September 2025 (until 9/30): the launch of the “Premium Sake of the Month” series.
The first edition features three renowned sakes from Aomori: Denshu, Houhai, and Mutsu Hassen.
Usually priced at around 1,200 yen per glass, these premium sakes are now available in a special tasting set of 2 glasses for 2,000 yen (tax included).
“This is not only a chance to enjoy them at a special price, but also to truly experience the traditions and flavors each brewery has preserved,” says the manager. This campaign is our way of sharing gratitude for the past two years.
Going forward, we will feature new premium sakes from different regions every month.
