At the Tohoku izakaya “Ouu no Utage” in Akihabara/Okachimachi, we will begin offering
rare game, “Char-Grilled Bear Meat” direct from Ani, Akita in
limited quantities from Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Enjoy the open-flame aroma and a plate that captures the “blessings of the mountains”
rooted in Matagi hunting culture.




Available in two styles: Salt or Tare (soy-based sauce).

Price: ¥2,000 (tax incl.).

Savor the gentle sweetness of bear fat and the smoky char-grilled aroma that deepens with each bite.




For pairing, we recommend Akita sake as well as a
Japanese whisky highball (soda)—it refreshes the richness of the fat and lifts the aroma.
